Please note: Opened items do NOT qualify for a refund or exchange.
To start a return or exchange, the item must be in the same condition it was shipped to you – SEALED and in the item's original packaging. If your item(s) is sealed/new, then you may use the included pre-paid return label that was included with your order to ship your item(s) back to us. Please allow 2-3 for your return/refund to be processed. We will contact you once we have received your item(s). Return shipping is free and there are no re-stocking fees.

Once your order has been placed and processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. This email will include a tracking number and a link to our tracking page.

Tracking information may not be immediately available after your order is placed. It can take up to 24 hours for the number to become active in our system. If you don't see any updates right away, please be patient and check back later.

- View Subscription Details: See information about your subscriptions, including the products, frequency, and upcoming orders. 
- Skip Next Order: Choose to skip their next scheduled order.
- Pause or Resume Subscriptions: You can pause you subscription temporarily and resume it later.
- Cancel Subscriptions: You may cancel you subscriptions at any time. 

This depends on your plan and how often it covers supplies. Contact us and we can provide you a quote to submit for pre-authorization with your provider.

We don't direct bill at this time. Purchases will have to be paid for in full and we'll send you an invoice to submit to your provider,
